KIYINGI FRANK PIO (Ph.D) is an academic and a Ugandan professional psychotherapist registered with Uganda Counselling Association and American Psychological Association. Kiyingi is highly skilled in, curriculum development and review, psychological tests and assessments, training and consulting services, lecturing, conducting field research and research mentoring and supervision for both undergraduate and post graduate as enhanced by his academic accomplishments and work experiences. Through study, research, work placements and professional career Kiyingi is an Author and a Psychologist.
Kiyingi holds a teaching and academic administrative experience spanning from 2009, he is committed to advance the Mission, Vision, and short and long-term goals of Nkumba University. He holds a Doctor of Philosophy in Clinical Counselling Psychology Uganda (2016) and Masters in Counselling Psychology of Nkumba University -Uganda (2012), and a Bachelor of Social Sciences from Uganda Martyrs University-Uganda (2005). Dr. Kiyingi holds also a Post Graduate supervision certificate (International Perspectives and Local Experiences) from Makerere University-Uganda and Stellenbosch University-South Africa (2018) (Jointly Awarded) and Certificate of accomplishment in introduction to survey design-theory and practice and Certificate of accomplishment in cross cultural survey research -theory and practice by Gesis –Leibniz institute of Social Sciences, Germany and Muteesa 1 University Uganda (2019) (Jointly Awarded).
