She is actively involved in teaching and research in Business Statistics, Research Methodology, Data Analytics, and quantitative research communication. Her research interests include time series forecasting, regression analysis, machine learning applications, and applied statistical modeling, with a focus on agriculture and economics. She has strong hands-on experience with statistical and analytical tools such as SPSS, MS Excel, Python, and Tableau, and has conducted academic workshops and faculty development programs. Dr. Kausalya serves as an editor and reviewer, contributing to peer-review processes, manuscript evaluation, and editorial decision-making, and is committed to maintaining high standards of research ethics, methodological rigor, and scholarly quality in academic publishing.
