*Mark Kingsley Chinonso* Holds a National Diploma (ND) in Cooperative Economics and Management of the Federal College of Agriculture Ishiagu, Ebonyi State; a Bachelor of Science Degree (BSc) in Political Science of the Anambra State University, Igbariam currently COOU. M.Sc and Ph.D from Nnamdi Azikiwe University Awka respectively. He is a lecturer in the Department of Political Science of the Nnamdi Azikiwe University Awka.His research works have been published in many leading academic journals, such as Institute for Peace and Conflict Resolution (IPCR); Institute for Dispute Resolution in Africa (UNISA); Research Papers in Economics (RePEc); Global Journal of Arts and Humanities; International Journal of Law and Public Administration etc.He is blissfully married to Ogechukwu Mark (Nee Okonkwo) and blessed with Children.
