Dr. Liambela Muyunda Leakey is a Dedicated professional with a PhD in Education Management and Administration with over 10 years of experience working in the education sector as an implementer. His Interest is More than transmitting knowledge, teaching is about inspiring others to discover their purpose and potential also creating an active, collaborative learning environment filled with curiosity and inquiry in which all participants are both teachers and learners and where students can discover knowledge rather than be passive recipients. I envision enriching my educational experience by immersing myself in such topics as effective instructional strategies, performance management, thinking skills, organization theory, school law, Assessments, Evaluation, and curriculum design. One of my long-term goals is to serve the community as a superintendent, meeting objectives that measure just how well middle schools and the district are performing.
