Dr. N. Nirmala Devi is an accomplished academician, researcher, and management professional with a Ph.D. in Management specializing in Marketing from Bharathiar University. She has over 25 years of teaching and administrative experience in management education, having served in roles such as Academic Chair, Professor, Head of Department, and Principal/Director in reputed institutions in India. Her expertise includes Marketing Management, Brand Management, Managerial Economics, and Organizational Behaviour, along with strong contributions in academic leadership and institutional development. Dr. Nirmala Devi has guided research scholars, published numerous journal articles and book chapters, and actively contributed to conferences and academic development programs. She has also played key roles in curriculum development, accreditation processes, entrepreneurship development initiatives, and industry–academic collaboration. With extensive experience in teaching, research, mentoring, and academic administration, she continues to contribute significantly to higher education and management studies.
