Dr. Naresh Kumar, Professor and Head of the international, industry and community linkages Faculty of Entrepreneurship and Business, Universiti Malaysia Kelantan. His primary area of expertise is human resource development, strategic human management and entrepreneurial leadership. His organization innovation and change passion have made him involve extensively in research, teaching, training, consulting, and coaching. He has published over a hundred journal articles, conference proceedings, and seminar papers. Naresh Kumar is an active member of several international associations. He has received notable awards such as The ASIA HRD Award – 2017, Outstanding Faculty in Organizational Development Award (Venus International Foundation – 2017), Global Excellence Service Award by the Malaysian United Integration Organization in Collaboration with Prime Ministers Department Malaysia, Outstanding Scientist in Human Resource Development (Venus International Foundation – 2019), Best Professor of 2019, The Association of Scientists, Developers and Faculties and The Hind Rattan (Jewel of India – 2020), the highest Indian diasporic award granted annually to nonresident persons of Indian origin (NRIs) by the NRI Welfare Society of India. Naresh Kumar has served several as a member of panels/juries,/judges for various competitions and awards.
