Biography
Dr. Nazlina Zakaria is an Associate Professor at the School of Business Management (SBM), Universiti Utara Malaysia, and has been teaching at UUM for 23 years. Her area of expertise is Organizational Behavior specifically on Organizational Innovation, Well-Being, Work-Life Balance, Organizational Performance, Organizational Sustainability, Creative Behavior, Innovative Behavior, Human Resource Management Practices, Entrepreneurial Orientation, Job Performance, and SME Performance. She is passionate and actively involved in academic research and publications. She has published journal and conference papers in several journals such as Cogent Business & Management, Sage Open, Frontiers in Psychology, Pakistan Journal of Commerce and Social Sciences, Management Science Letters International Journal of Supply Chain Management, International Journal of Innovation, Creativity, and Change, Journal of Advanced Research in Dynamical & Control Systems, Management Science Letters, International Review of Management and Marketing and Asian Journal of Business and Management Sciences. Previously, she had been involved with the management team of SBM as a Head of Department for Business Management Department, Coordinator for the BBA Executive Program and Distance Learning Program at the Professional and Continuing Education Center (PACE) UUM, and Coordinator for the postgraduate program for Ph.D. and MSc. Management in SBM.
