Dr. Nor Adila binti Mohd Noor is a Senior Lecturer at the Academy of Contemporary Islamic Studies, UiTM
Terengganu Branch, with over 18 years of experience in both academic and industrial fields. She holds a PhD
in Administration and Governance Law and has been appointed as an expert in the Technical Committee for
Complementary Traditional Medicine Research under the Ministry of Health Malaysia. She frequently gives
talks on health topics related to Malay and complementary medicine. Her expertise includes Administration
and Governance Law, Traditional Malay Medicine, Halal Standards, Food Law, Health Tourism, and Nutrition.
She is also recognized as a Subject Matter Expert and advisor in both academic and industrial settings,
contributing to the development of the academic syllabus. She is qualified as a Vocational Training Officer and a
subject matter expert in Traditional Malay Medicine. Dr. Nor Adila is also involved as a reviewer in the study
of Malaysian herbal monographs, medical book manuscripts, and Traditional Malay Medicine. She has been
an instructor, guest speaker, consultant, and motivator focusing on Malay Complementary Medicine,
Contemporary Health Fiqh, and anything that involves policy and governance in the health field. Her
professional certifications include Color Vibration Therapy, Hydro Ice Therapy, Emotional Freedom Technique
(EFT), Ganotherapy, and Women’s Health Therapy. She plays a crucial role in advising and overseeing research
in Halal standards, food law, and health fields related to Traditional Malay Medicine.
