An academician Dedicated to developing young professionals through the highest level of professionalism. Having obtained my 1st degree in Bachelor of business administration from the University of Colombo dedicated to working in the field of HRM to be able to develop best practices and critical developments. Subsequently, I obtained a Postgraduate Diploma from the London School of Commerce, United Kingdom. With a presidential scholarship from the presidential secretariat of Sri Lanka able to earn an MBA from the University of the Charles-sturt University of Australia, a Ph.D. from the University of Kaleniya, Sri Lanka, and finally, an Executive MSc form Asia e University Malaysia in Project management, to assure holistic approach to self-development and understanding. Further, I have published various research papers in different fields including conference papers in fields of corruption, governance, HRM, Regional development, Tourism, etc. In addition to that I have 18 + years of academic and academic administration experience combined with consultancy, training, and other external corporate experiences
