I’m K.D.R.L.J.Perera (Ruwandika Perera), Senior Lecturer attached to the Department of Secondary and Tertiary Education, Faculty of Education, The Open University of Sri Lanka. I’m have served as the Head/Department of Special Needs Education of the same Faculty. I completed my PhD at University of New England, Australia. My research interests are Educational Psychology, Educational Management, Mixed Methods Research, and Teacher Education.
