Mr. AbdulSalam Jabir Abdah AbdulJawad is a lecturer in Financial Planning and the Quality Coordinator in the Planning Department at the Faculty of Economics and Political Science, University of Tripoli, where he joined the academic faculty in 2019. With over two decades of professional experience spanning government institutions, state-affiliated companies, and private enterprises, he integrates practical administrative leadership with higher education. His extensive career includes serving as Finance Director and Head of Accounts at the University of Tripoli (2015–2020), Internal Auditor for the Social Solidarity Fund, Planning Office Director for the General Company for Rapid Transport, and Director of Financial Affairs at the General Company for Water and Sanitation, where he directed corporate restructuring, financial compliance, budgeting, and treasury operations.In his academic capacity, Mr. AbdulJawad combines teaching, research ethics, and institutional quality assurance with advisory consultations for public entities on financial planning and organizational strategy. His scholarly work focuses on strategic planning methodologies, sustainable development, foreign direct investment, stock market mechanisms, and corporate governance. An active contributor to global scholarly publishing, he serves as an official peer reviewer for international publications, including the International Journal of Research and Innovation in Social Science (IJRISS) and the Arab Journal of Administrative Sciences (AJAS).
