Abraham Osinuga is a chemical engineer and doctoral researcher at the University of Nebraska–Lincoln focused on systems biology, metabolic modeling, and artificial intelligence. His research combines first-principles models, machine learning, and experimental data to understand and predict biological behavior across microbes, plants, and human disease. His work spans enzyme kinetics, metabolic regulation, multi-omics integration, and applications of large language models and agentic AI. He aims to identify biological constraints, generate testable hypotheses, and guide experimental design. Before his doctoral studies, he worked on dynamic modeling, system identification, and model predictive control at Obafemi Awolowo University. He also contributed to machine learning research for environmental monitoring at Kyungpook National University’s Smart Agriculture Innovation Center.
