My name is Frank Efe, a research assistant at Morgan State University’s Department of Physics and Engineering Physics in Baltimore, Maryland, USA. I am an expert in nanomaterial growth and characterization for device fabrication. I received my first master’s degree from Obafemi Awolowo University in Osun State, where I was able to synthesize various nanomaterials such as copper sulfide, copper zinc sulfide, zinc sulfide, and graphene using the metalorganic chemical vapor deposition technique as a potential material for device applications.
Pursuing my studies at Morgan State University, I was able to synthesize ferromagnetic iron platinum thin films for memory storage device applications utilizing DC magnetic sputtering devices. Currently, I grow wide band gap semiconductor materials for power electronic applications.
