Ivan Gallegos

Ivan Gallegos is a lecturer in the Department of Communication Studies at Davao del Norte State College, Philippines, where he also served as program chairperson. He is currently pursuing his PhD at RMIT University, Australia.

His research spans digital media, development communication, media and infrastructure, and disaster communication, with a focus on how communication shapes social resilience and public life in the Global South.
