Academic Background
Pamire’s academic journey began with a Diploma in Religious Studies from the University of Zimbabwe. He then proceeded to earn a Bachelor of Commerce in Business Management (Finance) from Midlands State University. His academic excellence continued with a Master of Commerce in Strategic Management (Finance) from Great Zimbabwe University, followed by a Master of Science in Business Psychology from the University of South Wales, UK. Additionally, he holds a Postgraduate Diploma in Higher and Tertiary Education from Great Zimbabwe University.
Teaching Experience
Before pursuing his PhD, Pamire served as a part-time lecturer at the Reformed Church University in Zimbabwe, Masvingo Province, where he taught in the Faculty of Commerce, Department of Human Resources, Industrial and Labour Relations Management.
Research Interests
Pamire’s research interests and passions lie in financial management, entrepreneurship, and SMME development. He is particularly enthusiastic about entrepreneurial skills, microfinancing, and business management. With his wealth of knowledge and experience, Pamire aims to contribute meaningfully to the academic community and support the growth of businesses and entrepreneurs in his field.
