Mr. Sazane Jethro Ngwenya a practising practitioner experienced with various NEC labour regulations in the Welfare and Educational Institutions, Commercial, Agriculture and Tourism sectors. A seasoned Human Resource Management Generalist and Academic, with over fifteen years industry experience in both public and private sector in Zimbabwe. Currently he is even a thought Leader with Zimbabwe Council for Higher Education (ZIMCHE). He was an adjunct lecturer of Industrial Relations and Retail and Distribution Management at Solusi University.
