Dr. Mrs. Faustina Akosua Agyeiwaa Kwofie holds a Doctor of Philosophy degree in Educational Leadership and a Master of Philosophy degree in Educational Administration and Management from the University of Education, Winneba. She is currently an Assistant Registrar and the Head of Human Resource in charge of Junior and Senior Staff at the University of Mines and Technology (UMaT), Tarkwa, Ghana.
Dr. Faustina serves as a reviewer for the Journal of Human Resource Management (JHRM), International Journal of Research and Innovation in Social Science (IJRISS), International Journal of Research and Scientific Innovation (IJRSI), and Academia letters; and a member of Administrative Professionals Association of Ghana (APAG), Chartered Institute of Human Resource Management, Ghana, Ghana Association of University Administrators (GAUA), American Society of Administrative Professionals (ASAP) and International Association of Administrative Professionals (IAAP).
Dr. Mrs. Kwofie’s current research interests include Educational Administration and Management, Human Resource Management and Development, Staff Professional Development, Organisational Behaviour and Productivity, Gender, Leadership and Governance, and Poverty Alleviation and Empowerment.
