I am Faustina Akosua Agyeiwaa Kwofie, an Assistant Registrar and Head of Human Resource in charge of Junior and Senior Staff at the University of Mines and Technology, Tarkwa, Ghana. I hold a Master of Philosophy in Educational Administration and Management from the University of Education, Winneba. I am a researcher with nine research publications in high-impact research journals and a reviewer for three research journals.
