With a passion for shaping future leaders, I have spent over four years as a faculty member at Bukidnon State University–Kadingilan Campus, specializing in core Public Administration courses. I hold a Bachelor of Public Administration (cum laude) from Bukidnon State University, where my commitment to public service first took root, and a Master in Public Service Management from Capitol University, which further deepened my expertise in public governance.
In addition to teaching, I served as the Public Administration Program Chair for more than four years and currently hold the position of Officer-in-Charge (OIC) Campus Head. I have also actively contributed to academic development as a panel member in various research oral defenses, offering critical feedback and mentorship to aspiring scholars. As a book chapter author, I have contributed to the scholarly discourse in public administration, further enriching my academic portfolio and reinforcing my commitment to thought leadership in the field. My career reflects a strong commitment to education, leadership, and community service, guided by a clear vision of cultivating excellence and innovation in public administration. I am dedicated to empowering the next generation of public servants and creating meaningful impact through service-driven leadership.
