Lt. (Dr.) Goutam Mondal is an esteemed academician, researcher, and Assistant Professor in the Department of Education at Sajaipuria College, Kolkata, where he has served since 2014. He holds a Ph.D. in Education from Indira Gandhi National Open University (IGNOU) alongside an M.A. in Education. Beyond his academic role, he brings a unique discipline and operational background to his institution, having served as a lieutenant and previously working within federal administrative frameworks, including the Comptroller & Auditor General (CAG) and the Ministry of Law, Government of India.
