Benedict Mohammed Aruwa is an Assistant Lecturer and Researcher in the Department of Educational Psychology at Bingham University, Nigeria, where he also serves as Assistant Departmental Secretary, Assistant Examination Officer, and 300-Level Coordinator. He holds an M.Ed. in Educational Technology from the National Open University of Nigeria (graduating as the department’s top student) and a B.Sc.(Ed.) in Mathematics and Statistics from the University of Agriculture, Makurdi. Currently pursuing his Ph.D. in Educational Technology at the Federal University of Technology, Minna, his research focuses on artificial intelligence in education, adaptive tutoring systems, self-regulated STEM learning, and NeuroAI. His academic experience encompasses teaching roles across tertiary institutions, leadership as a high school principal, and contributions to institutional accreditation, curriculum development, and digital transformation initiatives.As a researcher and innovator, Mr. Aruwa has authored two books, four book chapters, and numerous peer-reviewed journal articles exploring technology-enhanced instruction, privacy literacy, and neurotechnology in mathematics education. He has designed several educational software platforms—including AdapTeD (an adaptive tutoring system with distraction detection) and the ZIO+SIV computer-based testing system—and has facilitated international research cluster proposals, including a multi-institution consortium for Nigeria’s Project BRIDGE. A certified teacher with the Teachers Registration Council of Nigeria (TRCN) and a member of professional organizations such as the American Psychological Association (APA) and the International Society for Learning Sciences (ISLS), he actively serves as a peer reviewer, invited speaker, and mentor to undergraduate researchers.
