Dr. Enow Godwill Baiye is a Cameroonian legal scholar, academic, researcher, and higher-education administrator with extensive experience in Law, Transport and Logistics Management, and related interdisciplinary fields. He holds an LL.B. in English Law and an LL.M. in Business Law from the University of Yaoundé II, as well as an LL.D. in English Private Law from the University of Dschang, Cameroon. He has served in various academic and administrative capacities, including Head of Department of Law at the University Institute of the Tropics (ISTAG), Head of Department of Transport and Logistics Management at the Higher Institute of Professionalism and Excellence (HIPTEX), Dean of Studies and Programme Coordinator at the University Institute of Science and Technology of Yaoundé (IUSTY), and HND Examiner and Harmonizer. His teaching portfolio covers Transport and Maritime Law, International Commercial Law, Company Law, Labour Law, Business Law, Insurance Law, Environmental Management, Oil and Gas, Logistics Management, International Trade, and related subjects across HND, degree, and master’s programmes.Dr. Enow Godwill Baiye’s research and professional interests span Legal Studies, Transport and Logistics Management, Petroleum and Oil & Gas Law, Maritime Law, Insurance, Environmental Management, Consumer Protection, Entrepreneurship, and Supply Chain Management. His scholarly contributions include research on the implementation of oil contracts under Cameroonian law, petroleum supply chains, upstream petroleum contracts, ownership of petroleum resources, local-content policies, consumer protection, and insurance law. He has also authored and co-authored books and academic publications, served as a reviewer for academic journals, and participated in professional training and research workshops, including programmes in project management and field monitoring.
