Josephine Ssirimuzaawo is a Ugandan educationist, lecturer, educational administrator, and counselling and psychology practitioner with more than 10 years of university-level teaching and higher education experience. She is currently pursuing a PhD in Educational Psychology at Nkumba University, Uganda, and holds Master’s degrees in Education Planning and Management and Counselling and Psychology. She also holds a Postgraduate Diploma in Management and training in Trainer of Trainers (TOT), in addition to a Bachelor of Arts in Education, majoring in Geography, from Makerere University. She currently serves as a Lecturer in the School of Education at Nkumba University and as Director of Children’s Den Junior School. Her previous academic and professional roles include part-time lecturer, teacher educator, tutor and Head of Social Studies Department, head teacher, senior woman teacher, and classroom teacher. Through her teaching, school leadership, teacher training, and educational administration roles, she has developed experience in supporting learners, educators, and educational institutions across different levels of education.
