Dr. Sudeep Saraswat is an Indian academic, researcher, and computer science and information technology educator with approximately 19 years of teaching experience at the undergraduate and postgraduate levels. He currently serves as an Associate Professor in the Department of Computer Science and Information Technology at Modern Institute of Technology, Dhalwala, Rishikesh, affiliated with Hemwati Nandan Bahuguna Garhwal University, a Central University. He holds a Ph.D. in Computer Science, awarded by Glocal University in 2021, with doctoral research focused on energy-efficient routing protocols for Wireless Sensor Networks. He also holds an M.Tech. in Information Technology, M.Phil. in Computer Science, M.Sc. in Computer Science, B.Sc. in Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics, and PGDCA. His academic interests include Computer Networks, Wireless Sensor Networks, Internet of Things (IoT), Operating Systems, Graph Theory, Computer Programming, Numerical Techniques, and Wireless and Mobile Computing. He has also held academic leadership responsibilities as Head of Department and Assistant Professor and currently contributes to university-level examination and academic activities.Dr. Saraswat has published research on Wireless Sensor Networks, energy-efficient communication, routing protocols, IoT networks, blockchain-based systems, and resource optimization, including studies on energy-efficient table-driven and on-demand routing protocols and reliable communication in wireless sensor networks. His research and academic development activities include training in Cybersecurity, Artificial Intelligence, Quantum Computing, Semiconductors, Data Storage, Intellectual Property Rights, Social Entrepreneurship, and online education, as well as participation in AICTE-ATAL and other faculty development programmes. He has extensive experience as a peer reviewer for journals in computer science, information technology, engineering, and emerging technologies. He has additionally served as an external examiner, viva voce examiner, question-paper setter, and Controller of Examinations for undergraduate and postgraduate computing programmes.
