My research area is entrepreneurship, welfare economics, and HRM. I worked as a research associate in the same department from 1-11-2018 to 14 July 2019. I am also UGC-NET qualified. In 2017, I received the Best Research Paper Award at the 4th International Conference on Sustainability and Entrepreneurship, organized by Chandigarh University and Curtin University, in June 2022. I received the Best Innovative National Teacher Award in 2014 from the CBSE board and the Best Curator Award in 2015 during my Ph.D. I taught HR Management, Labour Welfare, Community Development, Entrepreneurship and Managerial Economics in the M-tech course and the Principal of Management and Economics in B-Tech classes.
