Presently I am working as Professor in Bharath Institute of Higher Education and Research, Chennai, Tamilnadu. I have done MBA, M.Phil Tourism Management & PhD in Management Studies. I have been nominated as Academic Member of Jamal Mohammed College, Trichy, Tamilnadu. Recently I was invited by the PERI College of Arts and Science, Manivakkam, Chennai as a Advisor in Commerce and Management Seminar. I served in various capacities in different reputed Colleges and a Private University of Tamilnadu and provided in-depth academic knowledge in various subjects. I have extensive hands on experience in conceptualizing strategies, building and knitting confidence level, measuring and evaluating efficiency of performance of young learners. Having participated in various development programs/workshops, conferences seminars and FDP’S and delivered a seminar on Production and Marketing Knowledge Discovery – apart from this I was part of conferences in other states…… My strong point does not stop at creating an interest for the concept communicating the required knowledge, counseling (personal & academics), planning a specific career, shifting attitude towards solving problems, nurturing basic values, has added worth at the workplace. I have Strong belief in self-motivation, an urge for excellence and the feeling of independence has helped in ensuring updated knowledge and a structured reorientation of the subject matter.
