Mr. IAN S. Somosot is a researcher, a coach, and a lecturer at Davao del Norte State College, Philippines. He has more than 10 years of Teaching experience which he started as an High School Teacher and grew up to Program Chairperson. Currently he is working on two researches that focused on the predictors of licensure examinations and the other one on the non educational teachers teaching in Higher Education Institutions.
