ENGR. RONNIE BESONIA SANTELICES is a Doctor in Engineering Management candidate at the Polytechnic University of the Philippines and currently writing his dissertation on the Development of Program Assessment System for Higher Education Institutions in the Philippines. He completed two (2) Masters Degree Programs in Public Administration in 2007 and Information Technology in 2012. Currently, he is the Research Coordinator of the College of Engineering and Architecture. His research interests are Information Technology, Embedded Systems, Engineering and Technology, Social Science and Education.
