Dr. Kadonsi Kaziya is an educational psychologist, academic leader, and the Director of the SKILLSphere Institute of Business and Entrepreneurship in Zambia. With over 24 years of experience across teacher education, higher education management, and institutional quality assurance, Dr. Kaziya holds a Ph.D. and a Master of Education in Educational Psychology, a Bachelor of Arts with Education (History and Religious Education), and a Diploma in Mathematics and Religious Education. Throughout his career, he has held key administrative and academic positions, including Principal, Vice Principal, Registrar, Head of Department, and Senior Lecturer. His teaching and postgraduate supervisory expertise spans educational psychology, research methodology, guidance and counseling, curriculum studies, educational administration, special education, and public administration.A researcher and peer reviewer, Dr. Kaziya has completed over 100 scholarly reviews for international journals while maintaining an active publishing profile. His research agenda addresses educational psychology, mathematics anxiety and resilience, indigenous and culturally responsive pedagogies, decolonization of education, and multilingual instruction. Additionally, his work explores artificial intelligence in education, rural school development, and postgraduate research capacity building. In his current role as Director at SKILLSphere, Dr. Kaziya leads academic program design, professional training, quality assurance frameworks, and research support to foster institutional development and entrepreneurship education in the region.
