Dr Livhuwani Ramphabana is a lecturer at the University of KwaZulu-Natal in the Discipline of Social Work. His research interests include child protection, gender and culture, the advancement of human rights, and the African education landscape. He has presented and published research papers and participated in different research projects in the aforementioned fields. Dr Livhuwani also serves as an editorial board member for national and international journals.
