Mr. Ronald M. Quileste is a faculty member of the School of Education of Xavier University – Ateneo de Cagayan. He graduated from the same university Cum Laude, with the degree, Bachelor of Arts in Education major in Early Childhood Program, Master of Arts in Education major in School Management, and Doctor of Philosophy in Education. He is a licensed professional teacher (LPT) and has taught in the grade school and higher education departments of Xavier University. In terms of his background in research, he has presented in local, national, and international research conferences with topics under Early Childhood Education and Assessment of Learning. He has served as an adviser, statistician, and panel member for both Undergraduate and MA researchers.
