HV Shashanka Dias Gunasinghe is a multidisciplinary professional, researcher, and academic with expertise in Strategic Management, Business Administration, Business Economics, Environmental Management, Sustainability, and International Business. He holds an MBA in Business Administration from the University of Gloucestershire, UK, a Master of Business Administration from IPAC School of Management, France, a BBA in International Business Studies with Marketing, and a BA (Hons) in Environmental Management from Rajarata University of Sri Lanka. He is also pursuing an MPhil in Business Economics, a Doctoral Diploma in Strategic Management and Leadership (OTHM Level 8), and a Bachelor of Engineering in Civil Engineering. His academic and professional development includes extensive training in environmental law, biodiversity, climate change, ESG, ISO 14001:2015, project management, health and safety, chemical management, wetlands, marine biodiversity, and multilateral environmental agreements.His professional experience spans marketing, environmental and social safeguards, quality assurance, branch management, ISO consultancy, environmental compliance, laboratory management, occupational health and safety, and business development. He has worked with organizations including Asia Asset Finance Company, the Central Environment Authority of Sri Lanka, Ackzone Lanka PLC, and KECT Group companies. His research interests include strategic management, environmental management, sustainability, ESG, corporate governance, business development, environmental policy, climate change, biodiversity, pollution management, and sustainable development. As an active researcher, he has 58 publications, 50 citations, and an H-index of 2 on ResearchGate.
