Issack Albert is a dedicated and experienced professional in the field of education and administration, with a passion for leadership, management, and continuous learning. With a career spanning over 14 years, he has accumulated significant expertise in various areas including teaching, educational management, project coordination, and field research. Issack holds a Master’s degree in Education from Kalinga University, Raipur, India, where he graduated in 2022 with a 75% score. He also holds a Bachelor’s degree in Policy Management (Honours) from the Open University of Tanzania and a Diploma in Educational Management. Issack’s professional journey includes diverse roles, from his current position as Assistant Head of School at Mkoani English Medium Primary School, to his previous position as Head Teacher at Duga Primary School. He has also served as an Academic Teacher at Mwakikoya Primary School, both of which are government institutions. His experience extends beyond teaching into educational administration and leadership, where he has been involved in curriculum development, evaluation, and management activities. Issack’s career vision is to work in challenging environments that allow him to utilize his skills while contributing to continuous personal and professional growth. He has demonstrated this through internships in various sectors, including project management at Mkinga District Headquarters, fieldwork in human geography at Tanga District Forest, Water, and Sanitation Department, and a study on the socio-economic conditions in Sigaya Ward. He is proficient in English, Kiswahili, and Arabic, and has undertaken various training programs in educational measurement, curriculum development, and educational administration. In addition to his academic qualifications, Issack is an active member of the Tanzania Primary School Head Teachers’ Association (TAPSHA) and the Ward Academic Committee.
