Mr. Linus Mwinkaar holds a Master of Philosophy (M.Phil.) in Basic Education from University of Education, Winneba. He also holds a Bachelor of Education in Basic Education from the University of Education, Winneba and a Diploma in Basic Education from Tumu College of Education, Ghana. Mr. Linus Mwinkaar is a Lecturer in the Educational Foundations Department of the School of Education and Life-Long Learning, SD. Dombo University of Business and Integrated Development Studies, Ghana. He is also an adjunct Lecturer at the College for Distance and e-Learning (CodeL), University of Education, Winneba. Mr. Linus Mwinkaar is an educationist with over 15 years of teaching experience. He has attended conferences, workshops and seminars in his academic field in addition to publishing his works in journals.
