Salma Honey is an experienced academic and researcher specializing in **Marketing, Business Administration, Sustainable Marketing, Consumer Behavior, and Business Education**. She is a PhD Research Fellow in the Department of Marketing at Jagannath University and holds an MBA and BBA in Marketing from the University of Chittagong. She has more than 10 years of teaching and academic leadership experience, having served as Associate Professor and Program Coordinator, Assistant Professor and Program Coordinator, Senior Lecturer and Program Coordinator, and Lecturer at the Faculty of Business Administration of Royal University of Dhaka, as well as Lecturer at BGIFT Institute of Science & Technology.Her research interests include **sustainable marketing, consumer behavior, personalized advertising, eco-friendly products, social business, environmental sustainability, and the Ready-Made Garment (RMG) sector of Bangladesh**.
