Roy Olaybar Anabo is a Head Teacher I at Dolores National High School. He was born on February 26, 1990 to Angelo Japzon Anabo and Fe Olaybar-Anabo. He had her primary schooling at Dolores Central Elementary School from the year 1996-2002. And continue his secondary education at Dolores National High School from the year 2002-2006. He earned his Bachelor of Secondary Education major in Mathematics at Samar State University – Catbalogan in 2010, He graduated with consistent Deans Lister and garnered an award of Tradesman Writer at Samar State University. He enrolled in graduate studies at Eastern Samar State University and finished his Master of Arts in Education (MAEd) Major in Teaching Mathematics (Full pledge MA) and Master of Arts in Education Major in Educational Management (Diploma in Education) and currently enrolled in Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Education Major in Educational Management (Dissertation on-going) at Eastern Samar State University-Main Campus, Borongan City, Eastern Samar. He worked as a provincial paid teacher at Hinolaso National High School (Caglao-an Annex) the same year until 2011. He transferred to work as a high school faculty in a private school at Holy Cross Academy-Oras, Eastern Samar in School Year 2011-2012. In the same year, he applied for a permanent position as a public-school Teacher-I at Dolores National High School and he got a permanent position in 2013. He is an Outstanding Teacher I at Dolores National High School Pasidungog from 2015 to 2017. In the year 2018, he got promoted to Teacher III and received different awards and certificates of recognition as a winning coach in different contests at International Level; Philippine International Mathematical Olympiad (PhIMO) in 2019. Regional Level; PISAY Regional Mathematical Olympiad (PREMO) at Philippine Science High School-Eastern Visayas Campus in 2019, Regional Science and Mathematics Quiz Bowl at University of the Philippines Visayas Tacloban College in 2019. Division Level: Division Science and Technology and Mathematics Fair (DSTMF) in Math Investigatory Project and Math Quiz Individual Written in 2017-2019, Metrobank MTAP DepEd Math Challenge (MMC), Division Oral Team Competition Grade 9 from 2017 to 2020.
