Dr. Ruth Keziah Annan-Brew is a Measurement and Evaluation expert. She holds a PhD in Measurement and Evaluation from the University of Cape Coast, Ghana. She is currently a lecturer in the Department of Education and Psychology, in the College of Education Studies, University of Cape Coast. Dr. Annan-Brew’s areas of expertise include educational and psychological assessment, test construction and item analysis. She has a vast year of teaching experience from the Basic, Secondary and Tertiary levels of education. She also has several peer-reviewed publications in reputable refereed journals. She is an experienced educationist and has facilitated several training and capacity building workshops for educators in Colleges of Education in Ghana.
