I have been an education lecturer at the University of Cape Coast since 2002, teaching and supervising many individuals at the undergraduate and graduate levels, and served as Head of Department from 2010 to 2015. He is now the Vice-Dean of the School of Graduate Studies (2016 to date). He has authored and co-authored over 37 works, including 25 published articles in both international and local journals and book of readings, 17 conference and workshop/unpublished research papers, among others. He has been involved in several Social Studies programmes as a facilitator, trainer and researcher in Ghana and outside Ghana. He is also a Chief Examiner and facilitator for Center for Continuing Education since June 2004.
