Dr. Fareed Mohamed Nawastheen, is a Senior Lecturer in the Department of Secondary & Tertiary Education, Faculty of Education of the Open University of Sri Lanka.I have done Master of Philosophy Art Education. He is from Jaffna, hence obtained school education in the Jaffna Osmaniya College and did his bachelor degree in the University of Peradeniya, Sri Lanka. Further, He got his Master in Curriculum & Instruction in the Universiti Putra Malaysia and then pursued PhD in Curriculum & Pedagogy in the Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia. His topics Research Interests are Curriculum & Pedagogy, Teacher Education, and Educational Technology. Foundations in Education, Curriculum & Instruction, Teaching Geography.
