Dr. M. Kousalya Devi is an accomplished academic administrator and management scholar with over 22 years of experience in teaching, research, and institutional leadership. She holds a PhD in Human Resources, an MBA, M.Phil., and SLET qualification. Currently, she serves as Head of the Department of Management at Rathinam College of Arts and Science, Coimbatore. Her expertise spans human resource management, leadership, strategy, and entrepreneurship education. Dr. Kousalya Devi has received multiple research grants from ICPR, AICTE, and UGC, supervised M.Phil scholars, and contributed extensively to academic governance, NAAC processes, distance education, and entrepreneurial development initiatives.
