Dr. Musau is a Policy Analyst, Interdisciplinary Qualitative Researcher, Published Author, and International Affairs Expert. She holds a Ph.D. in Diplomacy and International Affairs, MA in International Development, and BA in Criminal Justice and has vast experience working in diplomatic spaces, including the British High Commission, UNICEF, UNFPA, USAID, among others. Her research interests include the Horn of Africa, the Nile River conflict, intergovernmental organizations, international negotiations, international law, American and Kenyan criminal justice, disability rights, etc.
Her doctorate focused on “The Role of Regional Intergovernmental Organizations in Conflict Prevention and Resolution: The Case of African Union in the Nile River Conflict.”
Dr. has a knack in project cycle management (Disability, Labor rights, Anti-trafficking, Peace, Elections, among other thematic areas) and also possesses commendable experience and knowledge in communication for development, criminal justice and human rights.
Dr. Musau sits on various advisory boards both local and international and has published peer reviewed papers on highly recognized journals.
