She has a solid educational background with a Bachelor’s degree in Sociology and Adult Education, graduating with first-class honors from the University of Ghana. Her academic prowess was further recognized with the prestigious Honorary Title Award during her pursuit of a Master’s degree in Social Work with Zhejiang Normal University.
Fueled by a genuine interest in fostering positive social change, Her energy is channeled towards social development initiatives and undertakings. Her academic achievements combined with growing up in a developing country as a first generational student laid the foundation for her motivation to make a meaningful impact on society to improve the quality of life for my generation as well as future generations.
In addition to her academic achievements, Grace has accumulated valuable experience in various professional roles. She began her journey contributing to the public sector by working with the State Protocol Department, gaining insights into government operations and diplomatic affairs. Transitioning seamlessly into the private sector, she served as a data entry clerk and later took on the role of a team lead at Majorel Ghana, where she manages and guides her team in achieving organizational goals. This leadership experience is particularly relevant to her passion for research, as it has equipped her with the skills to foster collaboration, manage diverse perspectives, and coordinate efforts effectively – all essential elements in conducting impactful and meaningful research.
Parallel to her professional commitments, Grace has also dedicated time to education as a tutor, sharing her knowledge and insights.
