Adi Afzal Ahmad is from Perlis, MALAYSIA. He started his teaching or academic career as a secondary school teacher at SMKA Miri, Sarawak, back in 1997. He is currently a Senior Lecturer at the Academy of Language Studies, Universiti Teknologi MARA Cawangan Perlis, Arau, Perlis, MALAYSIA. He received his B. Ed TESL (Hons) from the National University of Malaysia (UKM) and M. Ed (ELT) from the Northern University of Malaysia (UUM). His research interests include Individual Learner Differences in Second Language Acquisition and the Psychology of Language Learning.
