He holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Civil Engineering and a Master of Engineering in Transportation Engineering from Gujarat Technological University, where his post-graduate research pioneered the analysis of warm mix additives on bituminous mix performance. A forward-thinking innovator, Mr. Joshi holds registered designs for advanced, tech-driven civil infrastructure tools, including an AI-based concrete rebound hammer and an AI-based traffic cone featuring integrated GPS and LED alerts. His published research spans major domains within civil engineering, including geographic information systems (GIS) for road hazard identification, the performance evaluation of Bus Rapid Transit Systems (BRTS) in smart cities, and sustainable pavement engineering utilizing industrial by-products to enhance flexible pavements.
