Tran Mai Uoc, Associate Professor, Doctor of Philosophy; Chief of Office, Senior lecturer, Banking University (Vietnam)
Tran Mai Uoc (1981), successfully defended his PhD thesis in Philosophy at the University of Social Sciences and Humanities, Vietnam National University, Ho Chi Minh City in 2013, receiving the title of Associate Professor in 2017.
He has nearly 20 years of experience in teaching undergraduate and postgraduate; research and educational management.
He has published over 260 articles published in scientific journals, proceedings of national and international scientific conferences; Acting as the chairperson, participating in the implementation of 19 scientific research projects at all levels; Editor-in-Chief and participated in compiling 01 textbook, 06 monographs and many references.
His main directions of scientific research are
(1) The history of Vietnam philosophy in the period of the late 19th century and the early 20th century, focusing on the philosophy of the patriotic scholar named Phan Châu Trinh.
(2) The methodology employed in teaching the subjects of the political theory.
(3) The issues of humans in philosophy.
