Dr. Anthony Osborne Alexis is a lecturer at Mount Kenya University since 1st October, 2015. Prior to that, he was a lecturer at the Catholic University of Eastern African for many years. He holds a PhD is strategic management with a postdoctoral training in research and supervision from the University of Miramar, California State. He is an avid research fellow and a strategic management consultant with research focus on lifelong learning, skills development, diversity and inclusion in higher education and TVET sector. Previous, he has served as Director, Corporate services at the African Union (2010), Academic Advisor/Senior Lecturer, University of Puntland, Somalia (22005), Chief Executive Officer, Pandya Memorial Hospital, Mombasa (1999) and associate Director, Human Resources, ICIPE (1991). Prior to this, he served as Head of Administration and management in various sectors of the economy both at home and abroad.
