25 Years Experience as a Lecturer attached to the Department of Accountancy & Finance, Faculty of Management Studies, Sabaragamuwa University of Sri Lanka. Initially, I joined the Department of Accountancy and Finance, Sabaragamuwa University of Sri Lanka on 01.10.1998 as a Temporary Lecturer. I was appointed as a Lecturer (Probationary) to the Department of Accountancy and Finance, Sabaragamuwa University of Sri Lanka on 01.11. 1999. After completing the requirements – i.e., postgraduate requirements (MBA. from the University of Peradeniya), I was promoted to the Senior Lecturer Grade II on 19. 01. 2007. I was promoted to the Senior Lecturer Grade I on 30.11.2013. I was promoted to professor in the Department of Accountancy & Finance, Faculty of Management Studies, SUSL with effect from 05.11.2020 then which is continuing up to now.
